How long do I have to request a refund?

Do I need to return the items?
For most perishable items, you do not need to return them. We may ask for photos to process your refund. Non-perishable items may need to be returned.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Credit card refunds take 3-5 business days, while digital wallet refunds are usually instant.
What if I received the wrong items?
If you received incorrect items, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be delivered and process a refund for any price difference.
Can I get a refund for delivery fees?
Delivery fees are refunded if the issue was caused by our error (wrong items, damaged goods, etc.). Delivery fees for customer-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
What about promotional discounts?
If you used a promotional code or discount, the refund will be for the amount you actually paid. The promotional value cannot be refunded separately.
